The Lonely Biscuits
The Lonely Biscuits
The Lonely Biscuits are an alternative rock band hailing from Nashville, Tennessee. The band is comprised of Grady Wenrich (vocals, guitar), Sam Gidley (drums), and Nick Byrd (bass). The Lonely Biscuits formed in August 2011 at Belmont University, where Grady Wenrich and Sam Gidley were roommates. Bassist Nick Byrd lived on the same floor and joined the band in January 2012.

The Lonely Biscuits first started gaining attention on college campuses around the country, while they were still students themselves. The last four years the band has been headlining small clubs across the U.S. and opening for other national touring acts.

The Lonely Biscuits have played on numerous festival stages such as Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Hangout Fest, Austin City Limits, LouFest and South by Southwest. In 2013, MTVu named The Lonely Biscuits “College Artist of the Year”, and gave them the opportunity to play alongside many major acts at the MTVu Woodie Awards in Austin, Texas.

After graduating in May of 2015, The Lonely Biscuits partnered with Nashville producer/engineer Paul Moak to record and release their new material. The Lonely Biscuits’ “Come Around” EP was released in November 2015, and their anticipated debut full-length is to be released in 2017. The “Come Around” EP has a more mature and honest sound, while still staying true to their playful and lighthearted personalities. With a fresh new alternative-rock sound, the band plans to release their debut album in 2017 and tour extensively following the release.
Cigarette Barbies
Cigarette Barbies
Cigarette barbies began as a side project for Shawn Morones (AKA Jerry Queen), and over the years has grown into a six-piece rock and roll band including members of Travesura, The Wild Reeds, Cosmonauts, and Valley Queen. The music is some parts surf, and more parts nostalgia. Their live shows are full of untamed guitar solos, harmonies, and sparkly energy. Morones wrote the songs for their debut album "I'm Here All Night," in college, fueled by the curiosity of what it might be like inside his female friends minds, when it comes to life and love (hence his alter ego "Jerry Queen," seen on the cover of the record). They have since put out an EP of cover songs, thrown a prom, and played shows all over southern CA.
Velvet
Velvet
Velvet is an alt-rock quartet fronted by Los Angeles singer-songwriter, Emily Gold. The group creates a sound that is at the same time heavy and melodic, catchy and chaotic. Velvet played their first show as a trio (including Gold and Salvatore Romano) at SXSW 2017 in Austin, Texas. They've since released 2 singles, "How Do You Know" (PLAG Records) and "Even If I Tried" produced by Neil Wogensen (Valley Queen), played numerous shows in LA and on tour and recruited Peter Maffei (lead guitar) and Stephen Burns (bass) along the way.
